James Dean: Rednecks, compassion and "don't apologize".

"If you can do something to help someone then there is no reason to not help". Need I say more....my next interview is with James and Dean. Yes they are two people...

I've known James and Dean for 12 years. They are a staple in my life and two of the most generous people I know.

James has a great saying..."if you can do something to help someone then there is no reason to not help." This is so true to the very core of this couple. These boys have been so generous and helpful to me at a time in my life when I really needed it. I can't thank them enough. And I know i'm not the only one who feels this way.....

Both Dean and James were born in Calgary, at the same hospital and grew up in the same area. But their paths never crossed until there 20's and 30's. Weird.......

They both love working with seniors and eventually ran a restaurant in a senior's lodge in the East Village of Calgary. The floods of 2013 gave them a new direction in life as most of the East Village was under water and without power for weeks.....

But this did not stop Dean, AKA: Princess, from cooking and entertaining....something I love to be a part of :)

Princess was not happy with my question "do you have a favourite....?" but he was nice enough to answer for me. The Documentary Bridegroom.

I asked both James and Dean a question I don't usually ask...and laughed my ass off with their answers....."Describe yourself in three words." The answer is towards the end of the interview.

These boys are lovely. I'm sure you will enjoy this next interview as much as I did. They are truly Awesome!

cheers, lisa
